Hardcore is a class for you who want to build strength. Focusing on compound lifts such as deadlift or squats.
HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a mix of strength and cardio involving all the tools you can think of. This class focuses on getting your cardio up while still working weights.
Endurance is a class for you want to get your cardio to the next level. The workouts will focus on cardio and getting you to endure while your heart rate is high.
Olympic lifting is perfect for you who want to learn complex movements such as clean & jerk and snatch or simply perfect your technique. The coach will walk you through all of the movements start to finish.
Monday – Friday / 06.00-22.00
Saturday – Sunday / 06.00-18.00
